At HockeyTie.com, each tie is custom made to order. Because of this, orders require production time before they ship.

Production Time

All HockeyTie products are custom made after your order is placed.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

This production process ensures each tie meets our quality standards.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been completed and shipped.

United States Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

After production is completed, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Canada Shipping

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $10 USD on all orders shipped to Canada.

After production is completed, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by Canadian authorities.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Because our products are custom made, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. HockeyTie.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
