Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in original condition

Include original packaging (if applicable)

Items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged

The item is defective

We sent the wrong product

If the return is due to our error, HockeyTie.com will cover the return shipping cost.
